DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All Tarot Mail Club subscriptions are mailed from Australia via standard postal services.

🌍 International - estimated delivery time after mailing:

2–4 weeks depending on destination country and local postal services. Please note that international delivery times may vary and delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, seasonal demand, weather events, or local postal networks.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible before the monthly subscription deadline. While we will always do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee changes once your monthly Tarot Mail Club letter has entered production or has been mailed.

LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL

If your Tarot Mail Club delivery has not arrived within the estimated delivery time frames listed above, please contact us.

For damaged deliveries, please include:

• Your order number

• A photograph of the envelope

• A photograph of any damaged contents inside

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement delivery.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 4 weeks of the original mailing date.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the personalised and subscription-based nature of the Tarot Mail Club, refunds are not available once a monthly delivery has been prepared or mailed. Returns are not accepted. Subscribers cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account.

Please note:

• Cancelling your subscription prevents future payments and future deliveries.

• Cancellation does not apply to deliveries that have already been paid for, prepared, or mailed.
